Returns for Full-Priced Unopened Merchandise:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, we offer a full refund for full-priced unopened merchandise returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that postage for returns will be charged at actuals. Due to personal hygiene considerations, opened products cannot be repackaged or resold. Please send returns to:

Phases is not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery. Please allow one to three weeks from the date of return for your request to be processed. You will be notified once your return is complete. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery via email at hello@phasesskincare.in or by calling/whatsapping +919742165560.

Refunds/Replacements are Offered in the Following Cases:
– Wrong product delivered
– Expired product delivered
– Damaged product delivered

If you experience any of these issues, please submit a return/replacement request within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us at hello@phasesskincare.in to initiate your return/refund request.

After 7 days from the delivery date, no refund or claim will be accepted or considered valid.

Response Time and Process:
You can expect a response from us within two business days. Once your request is approved, we will initiate the reverse pick-up process. Our delivery partner will pick up the order from your doorsteps.

Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review it. If the issues detailed are confirmed by our experts, we will process your refund within 24 hours.
