Returns and Refunds

We understand that skincare is deeply personal, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for any full-priced unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply contact us at hello@phasesskincare.in to initiate the return process. Please note that postage for returns will be charged at actuals.

Due to personal hygiene considerations, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, exchanges are not available for any sale items. Please return products to:

Phases is not liable for any damage that may occur after delivery. Please allow one to three weeks from the date of return for your refund to be processed. For any shortages or damages, please report to customer service immediately upon delivery via email at hello@phasesskincare.in or call/WhatsApp +919742165560.

Refunds/Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
– Wrong product delivered
– Expired product delivered
– Damaged product delivered

If you experience any of these issues, please submit a return/replacement request within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@phasesskincare.in.

After 7 days from the date of delivery, no refunds or claims will be considered valid.

You can expect a response within two business days, and we will initiate a reverse pick-up as soon as your request is approved. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt of the returned order if the issues are verified by our experts.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by contacting us at hello@phasesskincare.in or calling +919742165560 (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm) if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

– Orders above INR 1500: Free shipping within India
– Orders below INR 1500: INR 60 additional charge

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. We typically dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.
